The role

Our talent development team support 250+ employees in London. Alongside sector specialists in recruitment, DE&I and L&D, you’ll be a strategic partner to various business units, providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of people management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy - Support TD leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational objectives and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement

  • Policy - Support TD leadership to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Employee relations - Champion employee wellbeing by coaching leaders, managers and individuals in support of positive mental health so everyone is able to bring their best selves to work.

  • Coaching - Advise and coach senior leaders and line managers to resolve a variety of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, wellbeing, sickness absence, flexible working and employee concerns so that leaders are empowered to proactively support their teams.

  • Immigration guidance – coach junior team members as needed to ensure that we are continuing to maintain compliance and best practice.

  • Benefits - Support the roll out and comms around any new soft or formal benefits that are implemented agency wide.

  • Global mobility – partner with global TD colleagues to support inbound and outbound secondments/transfers.

  • NYLON/EMEA Connect – support teams to identify appropriate opportunities as part of individual development plans.

  • Strengths ambassador - Embed the strengths-based development approach throughout talent initiatives. Ensure all new hires are inducted into the strengths methodology via the Led by Strengths programme.

  • Performance management - Support the performance management process, including helping managers with goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

  • Talent mapping - Lead annual mapping exercises and partner practice management teams to implement action plans for the career development of individual team members and play a role in upskilling managers on the performance management framework, helping them to identify stretch opportunities for the team.

  • L&D - Provide feedback to the L&D Senior Manager on team specific training needs and support the roll out of new programmes.

  • Offboarding - Conduct all exit interviews and work with wider team to ensure all exit interviews are conducted & analysed.

  • DE&I - Partner the DE&I team to ensure talent initiatives align with the agency’s DE&I vision

  • Talent metrics - Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR programmes and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed e.g. GPG and EPG.
