The role

Part of a global creative team bench, our creative team support the agency’s highest profile clients in the UK and globally. As a conceptual Creative Director for the London agency, your remit is to partner with creative leadership and the comms teams, including planning, research & analytics and content partners to drive and inspire creativity across the agency.

In this role you’ll contribute to growing creative teams and maintain processes to unlock big ideas that engage UK and global audiences via traditional media relations, direct consumer activation, social media and pure-play digital campaigns and work alongside a team of designers and other creative suppliers to produce compelling content that supports our clients' stories.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualising and executing high calibre and compelling earned creative solutions that effectively communicate and engage target audiences across various channels.

  • Developing creative strategy and high-impact, channel-neutral ideas for a variety of global brands from a range of industries and practices.

  • Collaborating with the PR teams to identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.

  • Actively contributing to the creative culture of the agency.

  • Participating in new business pitches on a local and global level.

About you:

  • Ideas obsessed, not channel focused.

  • Strong earned creative portfolio

  • Ability to develop conceptual ideas that lead culture, are built on insights and human truths and will ultimately transform the way our audience(s) believe, think, feel and do.

  • Have a deep understanding of earned creative and an outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns and creative projects.

  • A successful track record of delivering knock-out ideas to reach all audiences.

  • Be able to hold your own with senior stakeholders and clients to make the work the best it can be.

  • A hands-on approach and ability to quickly grasp a brief and bring ideas in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong copywriting skills.
