Position Overview

Our Methods+Mastery Dallas office is seeking a Junior Account Manager to act as Project Manager for our rapidly growing insights and analytics team.

Our team has to stay agile to keep up with the constant change of both the social sphere and our clients’ needs.

We require a project manager to be not just a taskmaster or a notetaker, but an integral part of the team. Someone who will come to understand the “Methods” half of Methods+Mastery intimately.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about team dynamics,organizationwith a background understanding of social and data. Someone who has an innate curiosity about understanding the components of a project, expert listening and people skills and the desire to be the glue for an incredible team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Insights team in providing project management functions
  • Guide and document briefing inputs from clients
  • Develop project timelines and track against milestones
  • Track and manage team assignments and allocations to maximize our resources
  • Track and manage project budgets from scoping through execution phases
  • Maintain relationships with tools vendors
  • Contribute to Methods+Mastery’s culture of innovation and curiosity
  • Support account leads to map out client priorities and run bi-weekly internal standup meetings

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience, preferably inan advertising, digital or PR agency
  • Basic understanding of digital and/or social analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively communicate campaign performance to internal and external campaign stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc reporting requests in tandem with ongoing projects
  • Comfortable finding the meaning in data, turning data into stories, and presenting data
  • Knowledge of social media monitoring and measuring tools (e.g., Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, Tubular, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Twitter Analytics)
  • Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc reporting requests in tandem with ongoing projects
  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment
